Billing issues. You are not dealing with a local office. You get overseas people with a language barrier. I stopped at the local office and they can't fix the billing issue. They gave me a number to call some one local (air quotes) and still oversea person answers. They didn't ask how canni help you. They ask for me to pay my balance! We paid $700 at the office. Everyone was super nice! Love the doctor, she explained everything very well. The lady who helped me pick out my frames I think her name is Christina, was wonderful. Not only did she help me decide on my two frames but she also noticed that my current glasses were a little loose so she took them tighten them adjusted them so they were a little bit more even without me even asking. She’s fantastic.
