I was seen on August 21st I have yet to receive both pair of my glasses I ordered that day! It’s been 31 days! My husband ordered his 2 pair the same day and received his two pair over 2 &1/2 weeks ago! This is a disgusting way to run a business especially for people who need glasses! I am given the excuse now for two weeks that the people that make the glasses didn’t have my frame. For 2 weeks! They said they sent their frame to the “shop” 2 weeks ago which I picked out 4 weeks ago! No one picks up the phone either!
Dr. Ringeman is very professional and understanding. She doesn't pressure you on your decision concerning cataract surgery . Great doctor!!
