I have been going here for years. They are excellent in their care and prompt on your appointments.
UPDATE - I have been billed incorrectly for a visit in January of 2026. It was a routine eye exam. They sent an email stating I owe $70. My insurance rep called their billing department to say that I don't owe $70 for a routine eye exam. I paid $39 extra out of pocket at the time of service for the retina scan. I have had to call billing four times and this is still not resolved. Today, I received another bill. This is beyond frustrating. We have been going here for YEARS without any problems until this year. My appointment was scheduled a year in advance, got to said appointment and my appointment had been canceled and given to another person. Similar thing happened to my wife and daughter a couple of months ago. Their appointments were scheduled together a year ago, show up to appointment and are told they are 4 hours apart and my wife will need to come back later. My 2 daughters had their very first eye doctor appointment here, and they were a little nervous before they appointment. Eye Care Center Team & Dr. Walker were all so very understanding, kind, comforting, and caring!! They all do very well with kids!! Both of my girls were prescribed glasses and I also were prescribed new glasses, and they ordered them for us, and were back within a couple weeks!!
