I have never had an issue with this office in the past when doctor Warren was there. I always thought. this was a five star facility. I went for my eye exam virtually the doctor gave me a prescription with no line bifocals.. But lady who had me trying on glasses, said it was okay for me to just get readers. I have never been prescribed glasses up until this point so to be honest, until I was rechecked I didn't really know the difference. The staff was very friendly and the check up was thorough. Glad to finally find an eye doctor that meets the needs of my family and myself. I have to change my review. Since the doctors have changed this place feels more like a scam than eye place. I will never go back.
