Very professional establishment, but crowded and was unable to get glasses. No fault to anyone, but had a very stressful week which this added to that
Eyecare Center is the absolute best place to go for the absolute best eye care. However, the claim to excellence in (customer service)?????. My last visit was great but my glasses took nearly 2 months to come in. No one would stay in touch with me on the progress. I would call leave messages for no one to call me back. Very attentive to the patient's needs.
If you’re in a time scrunch, this is the place for you! They can herd you through like a cattle auction. Afterwards, they apply all the coupons they can to cut your costs on frames and contacts. You pay the dues. Then, you get a hefty bill stating you owe about as much as you left their paying. When you call the Dobson office to question your bill, there is no one who can help you.
