Dr. Dickerson is absolutely fabulous! But my husband and I both have experienced communication issues with this practice. Gone are the days of Dr. Stafford and Branch. Since they became a corporate practice, all of the wonderful employees (Alisha & Joel especially) have left and the communication has gone downhill! So after 2years I got a great exam from my precious Dr Maria. Then I selected a Betsy Johnson pair of frames. They arrived a week earlier. 2nd day I returned for a tighten and adjustment on her arms to snuggle up around my ears. Front desk Alexis is friendly and has a great happy personality. To the try on desk jasmine was helpful to adjust. Now there is no slipping on my nose and fell super around my ears. I gave her a hug and called her a magician. This office is A+ in the book of Ann!
Hello again My real name is Jeffrey Medvec that is a real photo of me. I have been a patient of this office for years. I have been seen by Dr.Stafford, I received my eye exams there and I would travel to Spartanburg to Wilkins Opticians for safety glasses since your office does not handle that. I try to shop as locally as i can. I have been trying to get glasses for a few months in went there on 3/27 /26 to pay off the balance and I was told they needed to measure my eyes , where the use a marker on glasses ( this after the glasses were ordered) today I went to pick them and I was told I owe approximately $160.
