Unfortunately, there is no person, taking calls or questions over the phone. Expect to have to leave voicemails and wait before getting any kind of response from the office.
The desk staff seem great but the optometrist working here is incompetent and unorganized. I had my eye exam here several weeks ago where they misidentified the prescription of my right eye. During that appointment I was maid to wait 20+ minutes from initial procedure with a technician to when the doctor arrived at my room. The evaluation seemed rushed and I received the wrong prescription as a result. Today I am back to get my prescription fixed, kudos to the staff for getting this setup to fix the error, but again I have w... read more
