My wife and I were customers at Eye On Broad in Sumter SC for over 25 years. Dr. Scheele was and is a nice guy, great Ophthalmologist. It was a pleasant experience when we visited his practice. The staff was professional and pleasant. They always treated the customers well and went to great lengths to make sure we left happy. Since Dr, Scheele sold the practice the service has gone downhill. Prices have gone up and service has gone down. The billing department is also a mess. They can't get anything right. My husband and I went to Eye Care, Chapin, for the first time after moving here from out of state. The staff was very helpful and Dr. Branch was very though to make sure our eyes were good.

Our family has been going to ECC of Chapin for more than 15 years. We see Dr. Branch. He is professional & caring. He takes his time to explain everything to us. The staff is wonderful and takes care of all of our paperwork. They make sure our Insurance Companies get billed and keep us updated. Reminds us of upcoming appointments.
