I would highly recommend this location. They offered amazing customer service. 1. I waited less than a week to be seen for an eye exam. 2. The general manager was outgoing and interacted with the staff and customers in a professional manner. He informed individuals waiting in the lobby that there would be a 10 minute delay and apologized for the inconvenience. 3. The optometrist was thorough and offered clear explanations. 4. I was text and told my glasses were ready went to pick them up July 3rd tried them on explain to the man that was there that the lettering from the distance was still a little blurry he said it will adjust well today is Monday and it has not adjusted and watching TV with is still a little blurry not happy for the money I spent on these glasses

Everyone in the office was great at their jobs. The ultimate was Matt. He adjusted my glasses when I picked them up. I had new lenses in my own frames. The arms had needed to be adjusted from the beginning like..three prescriptions ago. He did that and fixed the vision through the lenses as well as the fit. Amazing! Phenomenal! The best!!!

Had to get an emergency repair done for my daughter’s glasses and their manager Matt was punctual and fast with getting the glasses repaired! Definitely would recommend!
