She really cared about solving my problem and getting me the best option for what I needed. She treated me like I was the most important client they have. Had exam and ordered glasses Dec 10th. My insurance pays 400$ for glasses. Pay separately for exam. They usually pay entire balance for any medical so I only expected to pay for the tint I wanted because I understand fully that is an extra . My prescription is not that complicated either. When my glasses still hadn't come in by Jan 2nd, I called and only then was told there was a delay and they would not come in until some time in February. Booked an appointment online a month out and they call me the day before saying the slot was double booked, and the next available time was months out. Seriously, did we not know this until the day before the appointment? Can we not respect the fact people have to make accomodations for these appointments. I absolutely love the doctor but the scheduling and pushy frame sales people have me looking elsewhere. It'd be really hard for me to recommend this place to anyone I like. Just my experience.
Vision care service has been fine, but I would encourage everyone to double check statements and insurance benefits before paying any bills. For two years in a row, they have only billed our medical insurance (not our vision insurance) and have sent us a bill for the remaining balance. We have had to call to request that they send the bill to our vision care insurance provider.
