HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! This place doesn’t deserve not even one star. My 4 daughters attended this eye doctor office. They always cancel our appointments. They gives us the appointment from a year from now and once the appointment finally gets here they cancel it 2 days before. VERY RECENTLY I had an appointment for one of my daughters she missed school and work for this appointment. No waiting,pleasant, professional and brought attention to things that I should be aware of. Dr lam very patient. Very Through.
My appointment was cancelled twice by staff. The first time it was pushed back a week, the second time it was pushed 2 months back, today they called me and tried to schedule my appointment in OCTOBER OF 2026! (today is 9/5/25) I waited 3 months just for them to cancel it 5 days before my appointment. This is extremely unprofessional. And who ever is in charge of scheduling genuinely, should be terminated. They clearly don’t know what they’re doing.
Amazing, kind and professional staff, fantastic service, overall 10/10. Witnessed a client who behaving irrationally and Emily and the staff treated them respectfully, with overwhelming kindness despite their attitude and actions. Was grateful to witness the way they handled the situation so professionally and de-escalated it very quickly.
