I really like my optometrist and the technicians but I felt i was almost being forced into getting optometry retinal mapping in order to have my yearly exam! When I tried to explain I'd just had the test due to light flashes only 1.5 months ago, it was to NO avail! Office staff insisted I have it. In addition, while waiting for the appointment, I was directed to "go ahead and be choosing your glasses", as if I had NO choice to go elsewhere! If I could come and only see the nurse and/or doctor, I would absolutely come back. But the front desk staff and those in the glasses section have made it so I will not return. They are rude, condescending, and argumentative. They made the last two visits miserable. First comments as I walk in I get chastised about arrival time, which I was early but not earlier enough in their opinion. Very rude the people up front, and unhelpful, my husband and daughter also go there. They said the system canceled the apt was never told it was canceled until we got there. Lost my husband's glasses order never called us we had to call them. Lori was amazing!! They need more staff like her!
Exam was quick and thorough. Retinal defect was found and was referred to an eye surgeon.
