I have been seeing Dr. Keith Boan since before some of our children and grandchildren were born. Nearly 35 years. He has always provided top notch service. The staff is friendly and very helpful. If you are looking for eye care, I highly recommend this office!
I love the wonderful people at Peak Eye Care Center in Hickory. Dr. Boan has been my doctor for 30 years and that alone speaks volumes. Regan, Sammy, and Jocelyn were so helpful, kind, and patient as I picked out frames this afternoon. The selection is great and the service has always been wonderful.

I love the doctor's but the manager Vicky is the worst. She raised her voice at me keep telling me the glasses that came in were Progressive which I didn't order. They were a single vision which I also didn't order. I had ordered a reader with invisible bifocal with a clear top for distance since I don't need anything for distance. I told her to stop taking to me and to refund me, my money. She never offered to correct the incorrect order. Another lady came over and asked what she could do for me. I went there for the first time for an eye check up. I don’t wear lenses or contacts or anything of that sort. I’m completely dissatisfied with their service. I wasn’t informed adequately about the service I received and I left there not feeling like “I just got my eye checked”. The doctor seemed nice but every other person I interacted with wasn’t that friendly. I’m definitely not going back.
