Have been seeing Dr Boan for years He is a wonderful doctor Staff is very friendly n helpful They always take you back at your scheduled appointment time no waiting for hours to see the Dr. I won't go anywhere else
I love the doctor's but the manager Vicky is the worst. She raised her voice at me keep telling me the glasses that came in were Progressive which I didn't order. They were a single vision which I also didn't order. I had ordered a reader with invisible bifocal with a clear top for distance since I don't need anything for distance. I went there for the first time for an eye check up. I don’t wear lenses or contacts or anything of that sort. I’m completely dissatisfied with their service. I wasn’t informed adequately about the service I received and I left there not feeling like “I just got my eye checked”. The doctor seemed nice but every other person I interacted with wasn’t that friendly. I’m definitely not going back.
We have been going to Peak Eye Care for several years. Dr Boan is an outstanding opthalmologist,who demonstrates great kindness and concern for his patients. Fully recommended him family and friends. His staff are all caring and friendly.
