Been going here a couple of years. They’ve apparently changed or merged into a new group. Again. I called to make appointments for my wife, son, and I like I have been for years. Receptionist, male. Obviously hates his job, and his life. I wanted to confirm that this was peak. He had a depressive attitude in telling me that they had merge. I love this place. It’s the only eye doctor that seems to be able to get me in in any type of reasonable time, I never wait around in there to be seen when I come to an appointment, everyone is pleasant, and I’ve found no problems with the care I receive there. Both my children are patients here too and my daughter just got fitted for her first pair of contacts there and I was very impressed with the patience involved with that and also the itemized receipt I received to explain the cost of the appointment.
I won’t be back. The Safety Glasses they sold me didn’t have attached side shields. The side shields were clip-on and won’t stay on. There’s an obvious hole where a screw is supposed to go, but they didn’t have the correct screw to fix. When I addressed this issue with them they said I could order something online to fix it and sent me on my way.
The front desk creatures are rude. They filed my insurance incorrectly so I called my insurance to fix the issue and my provider contacted the front desk to explain the issue and they placed him on hold for over 15 minutes. Once I hung up and walked in they whispered I should've just walked in to pay instead of being lazy and calling my insurance.
