I am so excited! I was able to learn to use contacts at 60yrs old and now I don't need my glasses unless I am reading. April talked with me at length without making me feel rushed, she made sure I got the perfect contact lenses, she let me call the payment in over the phone and they were shipped to my house in just a few days. Thanks April for helping me feel like a new person. Your patience and expertise really made the process easy and painless. I feel like a new person!
The doctor and the staff was well beyond their expectation he took the time out to explain every detail that I was concerned about as well as the issues that was found the young lady that help me with my glasses she was awesome and she was honest and she took the time out thoroughly to make sure that I got the right glasses that fit my face and everything she was real cool and funny you guys rock keep up the good work.

Appointment was at 9:40am. Checked in at 9:35 and proceeded to wait 35 minutes before being called back. After completing the initial intake testing, I then waited another 10 minutes by myself until I was seen by the optometrist. A simple, “sorry for the wait, we’re (insert acknowledgement/legitimate excuse here) and all would be forgiven.
Appointments are half a year away, especially if you have Medicaid! Also they have a limit of ONE Medicaid patient in the am and ONE Medicaid patient in the afternoon making it impossible to see my two kids on the same day. Kept me on the phone for 30 mins to still say I can have my kids seen in September! Discrimination much! Don’t waste your time!
