This was my first eye exam in over a decade. Was a little nervous as to what they might find but the whle staff was super friendly, patient, and answered all my questions. The icing on the cake was Carissa at the check out. She was lovely to chat with, as was the rest of the staff. My eyes were clear, my prescription updated, and in the end im a very satisfied customer. 5 stars. My ONLY complaint is the address. Everyone was so friendly!!! Dr. G took his time and explained everything in detail. Of course, I had a million questions, lol. He never rushed and made sure I was comfortable with my contacts. I will recommend them every time. I wish I could give more stars
I live right across the street from a place that does eye exams. I went there one year because it would be so nice to just walk to attend my eye exam. Wrong answer! I got one of the worst exams ever! I had the best time honestly. They deserve more than 5 stars honestly. Everyone was so amazing from the second I walked into the door. Warm, friendly, and kind! They made the whole process extremely enjoyable. Carissa was an excellent help with helping me select frames that I really liked. Ladies, don’t skip out on looking at the men’s frames!! Usually very good but I called today for an appointment for my 2 kids and myself. Mind you I drive an hour to this eye dr.. I see online that there are 3 back to back appointments so I call and the lady tells me that I can make 2 appointments but the third will have to be another day. Why?!?! Tell me why? I will not be driving an hour there and an hour back on two different days. Very disappointed!
