Stop calling me. I’ve blocked every number for the past two years. I’ve moved away. I don’t need eye care. Stop calling me!
I have been an patient here for over 20 years and on my annual schedule appointment that was set up in 2024 , I came to the appointment with no notice that I no longer had a doctor there to see me. No option given had to come out of the office to inquire myself a vision center to get an eye exam. I will never recommend anyone to this practice in New Bern. Then they continue to message me saying I missed my schedule appointment , the appointment in which I came and was turned away. Poor business practices.
No on-site optrician, so have to do exams through a computer remotely (2 years now) so can't get a full exam. Staff on site were nice, but equipment not working properly. My prescription was entered incorrectly on thier part, so when my glasses came in (I live 30 minutes away) had to drive thier just to let them know they messed it up (don't y'all double check these things????) Not much of an apology, just "we'll put a rush on the next pair". Called today, a week later, and was told they have "no idea" how long it will take.... read more
Very poor customer care and service, also very high prices. Definitely don't recommend!!!
