Very nice in the customer repor dept but takes a very long time to get an appt even if you have been going there since the building was built.
Great customer service and a large selection of glasses to pick from.

If I could put zero stars I would have. Went in and I am in a wheelchair and told the woman I am here for my appointment. She snicker and said it was yesurday my son told her there's no way that he had called just yesterday to make sure what time the appointment was. She looked disappointed that we were right. Then my my son asks her some questions explaining he don't have insurance but she acted like she totally didn't hear him. I even asked a question and she also acted like she didn't hear us.
