Every aspect of my experience at this MyEyeDr location (on Memorial Drive, Greenville, NC) was phenomenal! The front desk was able to get me an appointment next day after someone cancelled, working with my schedule. She proceeded to reach out directly to insurance to make sure everything was covered appropriately. The doctor went through my eye health and exam thoroughly. They need to hire people who know how to adjust glasses without ruining them. This was much better when it was Eye Care Center with Dr Gray. Sherry was a dream at adjusting glasses.
Unparalleled service. Out of kindness of their heart and for no other reason, they helped me get contacts when I found myself 10 hours from home and without contacts. I can only imagine how well they treat regular customers!!
