Staff is super nice!!!
This has been the only eye doctor company I’ve been to since I’ve been living and today they lost me. The wait times are ridiculous! My appointment was at 10am. I arrived at 9:51am and I still wasn’t seen by 10:25am. I went up the street less than 10 minutes away and came back, and they cancelled my appointment. No call, no curiosity, just a canceled appointment after I’ve been waiting for 30 plus minutes. The male front desk clerk proceeded to say they called me at 10:20am and I wasn’t in the lobby. Wasted my time and rude staff: FYI everyone, if you do not respond to their confirmation email within 72 hours, your appointment will be waitlisted. Per the receptionist “They don’t tell you this, but if you don’t respond within 72 hours, someone else can take your appointment.” Now, in my text series, the last text I have from this office was “we look forward to seeing you at your appointment…” Essentially, I drove 30 minutes to an appointment that had been canceled with no warning.
