I just walked in to the the stantonsburg rd branch. Was greeted horribly by an elderly lady with absolutely no manners or customer service etiquette. I was very dissatisfied I need in the feeling of hostility I got on approach.
Desha helped out a lot with picking out my first pair of glasses. She made sure I was comfortable with the right frame and made it an enjoyable process .
I have been trying to talk to someone and they keep putting me on hold and never coming back to the phone and I just wanted to find out some info, so with that being said, I'm just not going to waste my time, because customer service already unprofessional.
Everyone helpful and super nice. Love coming here. Cared and helped with my needad
