John Kennedy was absolutely amazing! He made the entire waiting process enjoyable with his fun personality and great conversation while he worked. The service was quick, smooth, and never felt long or drawn out — I was in and out with no issues. Everyone greeted me with smiles and positive energy, which made the experience even better. Sam was amazing during my visit! She was so kind, professional, and helpful the entire time. She made me feel comfortable, answered all my questions, and had such a positive attitude. You can tell she genuinely cares about the patients and takes pride in her work. Great customer service and overall a really pleasant experience thanks to her!
I SCHEDULE APPOINTMENT FOR MAY 1ST 2026 AT 9 AM. I ARRIVED ON TIME ONCE I CHECK IN....THE LADY TOLD ME MY APPOINTMENT WAS CANCEL..BECAUSE I DIDN'T CONFIRM MY APPOINTMENT.I TOLD HER ONCE I SCHEDULE THE APPOINTMENT I THOUGHT THAT WAS COMFIRMING THE APPOINTMENT...SHE SAID I HAD TO CALL AND CONFIRM IT OR I SHOULD HAVE GOTTEN A CALL...WHICH I DIDN'T RECEIVE...I HAD TO RESCHEDULE...WAS LOW KEY PISSED BUT I KEPT IT MOVING...IF YOU DEAL WITH THIS LOCATION CONFIRM YOUR APPOINTMENT BEFORE WASTING YOUR TIME
They don’t tell you you’re seeing a video provider and even with compete insurance coverage you’ll pay $44 Wasted 2 insurance rides for an appointment I can’t do and the lady and reception was incredibly callous and rude. Wouldn’t come back here even if it was a mistake
