Quick and efficient
Haven’t been to the eye doctor since middle school which has been over 10 years ago. Super excited for my appt. Get here right on time at 3:30 . 3 other people come in behind me and be seen. No pressure. 4pm comes and someone else comes in for a 4:15 appt and is seen right away …. I have patience but it was very irritating to sit for 40 mins ! If that’s the case I would have did a later appt. I love respect for me time ! And I did not get that. So glad I took the rest of my shift off !
General Manager Lani is MY local, trusted, capable, intelligent, simply amazing partner for eye care and eye wear here in Greenville! She, as well as her amazing daughter, are phenomenal people! Thank you, Lani, for everything you have done, and continue to do, to make “a trip to the eye doctor” into a pleasant, as seamless as possible experience, in an increasingly chaotic and unpredictable world.
I have been coming to this office for almost 20 years. I have always had wonderful experiences. The staff is always courteous, and Dr. McCann is great.
