I’m writing this as the son of a woman who had an extremely disappointing experience at Eyecare Specialties in Craig, and I’m honestly shocked by how she—and several other older patients—were treated. She was told the day before that they accepted my nephew’s vision insurance, only to be told they didn’t once she arrived. I had a really disappointing experience with Eyecare Specialties in Craig. I am Very impressed with the quality and professionalism I experienced recently. The staff treated me with respect and dignity. The extensive and cutting edge equipment was far better than any other eye care office.
