I received new glasses here, and when I wore them at night, every light looked like a sparkler firecracker and it hurt my eyes. They said it was because the new lenses needed to be so much stronger than my old lenses and because of my cataracts. What? No one ever told me I had cataracts not even them, so how could that be right? They removed the glare tint on the glasses, they tried some other superficial changes, and nothing helped. The worst Customer experience of my life!!! I am now some how with out eye ware and have an insurance claim for glasses that i don't have. The worst customer service i have ever ha! Please go anywhere but here for your eye needs!!!
This was the WORST eye care I have every received! I had by eyes reexamined three times and they never did get it right! Turns out they were over 6 powers off (too strong) on my initial exam. And then they refused to give me a full refund. Horrible service! I wouldn't recommend Eyecare Specialties to anyone!
