Dr. Chappel is awesome! He took his time explaining everything about my new eye prescription and answered my questions. The office staff is wonderful and helpful. I highly recommend them!
Nice and clean environment, staff is great and Doctor as well. They were able to handle me and my wife appointments quick and they have nice frames as well !!
Billing Practices – Beware of Hidden Fees I booked an eye exam for contact lenses through my vision insurance, which included a clearly stated $10 copay. During the appointment, towards the end, the doctor recommended multifocal daily lenses and provided a 10-day trial. He spent about one minute evaluating my vision with the new contacts—simply having me read from my phone. I booked an eye exam for contacts through my insurance which had a $10 co-pay. During the exam the doctor recommended multi-focal contact lenses and offered me 10 days worth of daily lenses to try and advised me that I could come back to re-adjust if what he provided was not working. I then put the contact lenses in myself and he spent about 1 minute checking how I was seeing with the lenses by having me read my phone.
