Filed complaint even with Wisconsin State Department of Safety & Professional Services for repeatedly issuing defective glasses.Very poor unfriendly customer service and both times ordering glasses were delayed. Always a "bad apple" in reality world of businesses we have to admit. I think this business is one of them desperate with corporations taking market and cutting their quality and efforts to make up for it. Great professional eye care!
GREAT place. The doctors and employees are very nice and helpful. They call everyone to remind them of their appointment and very helpful on picking out glasses. They even have medical assistant day, and they don't even have to do that.
