Brilliant experience this morning - Dr Fady saw me for an emergency appointment immediately, was so helpful and kind and am now pain free. Reception was lovely also. Absolutely recommend, cannot thank you all enough.
Customer service and service in general was next level. I managed to get an appointment for an emergency within 15 minutes of my call at 6:00pm on a Wednesday night. Staff were amazing when I got there and they could sense the anxiety I was experiencing, as the reason for me coming in was due to losing partial eye sight all of a sudden in one eye. I've been coming here for the past few years after I had a massive health scare that affected my eyesight, and Dr. Fady Abraham is literally a godsend. He has been so incredibly helpful, thorough, and always eased my anxiety. I couldn't recommend the optometrists and staff here enough. They really care about all their patients and put in the extra effort to ensure all our concerns are addressed, and not to mention, are probably some of the most knowledgeable optometrists I've ever come across. I would recommend this clinic to absolutely anyone. My son Arlo presented with an urgent issue and we were seen immediately. The entire team were so warm and so caring.
