I have been to SO many different optometrist since I was little. I am now 32 and I have finally found the most amazing and helpful friendly staff EVER. Strongly recommend eye care plus at greenhills

Thought I'd try a new place, what a mistake!!! Both lenses of my new glasses "smudged" (looked like they had fingerprints on them) within a month, took them back & replacement wasn't a problem but there was no apology no nothing, just a pretty bad attitude actually. When i picked them up she showed me the bag with the old lenses in it with an attitude & said there you go there's the old lenses just incase you thought they weren't done!!!! Had glasses repaired under warranty. Took a while before i noticed but they replaced the non symmetric left hand arm with an upside down right arm without mentioning it .Seriously!! So much for trying an Optometrist away from the heavily advertised mainstream organizations.

Picked up glasses and didn't quite match what we picked out, don't know whether the frames we looked at were dirty or faded but what we received were different and when we mentioned this the ladies' customer service was not impressive at all, giving me attitude about it, treating us like we were dumb. Guarantee won't be going back there.
