Sally is incredible with children. My son felt comfortable with her. Full assessment was done and the whole process was easy and fun. All other staff were lovely too.
All the staff are wonderful. Sally and Sarah are both caring and go above and beyond. I have been doing IPL for dry eyes and I am really noticing improvements.

From the outset, the experience was very positive. The booking process was straightforward, with convenient on-site parking available. The front-of-house staff were welcoming and friendly upon arrival and departure. Sarah delivered excellent, thorough eye care, explaining everything clearly. There was also a great selection of sunglasses, and I was pleased to find frames well suited to a low-bridge fit.
