Very professional, competent and friendly. I was particularly grateful for Sarah explaining what she was doing and why, in language I could understand. Josie was also very helpful when selecting my frames.
Sarah had correctly diagnosed me 3 years ago and I still see her. No other optometrist had diagnosed me properly even though I've seen a few. No more motion sickness when traveling, headaches and other symptoms. She's very calm and professional. I was in contact with multiple persons at Eyecare Plus Ashgrove, and they were all very friendly. I highly recommend.
Our 5 year old had her eyes tested by Sally who was amazing! So great with my daughter and they were both laughing at times. Her first eye test where she felt comfortable and happy. A thorough test that gave us answers following her school examination. Thanks Sally & Eyecare Plus Ashgrove! Highly recommend.
