I bought new frames and lenses from them.. I go all the way back across town too get them and find two scratches on the frame. I stated that frames are un acceptable. she said she would have to look into it since they were not going with this vendor any more is why they marked discounted.. well they weren't marked damaged either they were new frames, Not used, or damaged when I picked them out..
