Appointment was scheduled for my dad who's 88 years old by McGruder Eye institute after surgery. I took the day off of work to take him. The place did not open, absolutely no one there. Checked and double checked, I was there on the correct day and time. The audacity. No call previous or prior stating a cancelation. I'd advise avoiding this place and seek a more professional optometrist.
Thank you so much for realizing the previous eye doctor accidently had the wrong lens in the wrong side of my sons glasses! I feel horrible he's been wearing them for so long but thankful the Doctor here caught the mistake and fixed it. Every single staff member was so nice as well, we found our new family eye clinic.
Not had any issues the couple of times I've been. Doctor treated me with respect and workers at the front desk were friendly and personable
I been on hold for 20mins plus just to ask what time is my appointment so can get a ride there. Unfortunately still on hold
This place has the most low attention for costumers, if I could put 0 stars i'll do it. They want us to follow the rules but they don't and that is disrespectfull, the blonde girl doesn't have education and treat u with rage. Thanks for nothing
