The medical staff was professional and courteous. Billing and insurance claims are confusing. First, going into the examine the front desk person stated that I had a $10 copay with my insurance. The contacts purchase would have only 15% discount. The insurance document that they had clearly said that I have $150 allowance for contact purchase. I told her as much. When I exited the exam, the price went from $10 to $73. The difference was for a "contact len fitting". How could she not have known about the "fitting" before goin... read more

Doctor Cole was fantastic. The whole team was fantastic. My visit was quick and the shot was painless. I look forward to working with him and his team. I have been to several retina doctors in the Knoxville area over the last year. He was hands down the best and the team was the best.
