Like so many other people that have left reviews, IT WAS NOT DOCTOR BECKER, it was ordering the eye glasses. It took weeks for them to be ordered, and when the finally came in they were WRONG. The wrong prescription, the wrong type (tri-focals, I think...) and now no one will talk to me. We spent over $500 on two pairs of glasses and now I have a couple of lightweight paperweights. The doctor giving the exam was fine, although it felt rushed. That’s the only reason for 2 stars instead of 1. I ordered glasses the same day and was told I would receive a call when they arrived in 7-10 days. That was on January 23, going on 3 weeks ago. I have now called 4 times with no one able to provide any answers at all on the status of my glasses, and simply requesting I call back. I am beyond frustrated with this situation.
