I have been a long time patient of this practice. Tom is the most knowledgeable and helpful optometrist I have ever seen. Today my appointment was with Tobin instead and I am just as satisfied with my appointment! Tobin took the time to explain things to me in a way that was easy to grasp and I would happily see him again for my next examination. Both optometrists in this practice are 5 star!
A week ago I took some glasses in to this Optometrist with the hope that they could be fixed, after OPSM staff damaged them. Claudia worked on them for over 3 hours and, although not completely fixed, did a great job on providing me with a temporary fix. I noted that, although she spent a long time working on my glasses, she remained customer aware and continued to provide excellent customer service to anyone who entered the store or rang through.
