I’m looking for Dr Jai but he didn’t see in clinic another person was available for service and the service was not good for the first time as I have pain in my eye and even they didn’t suggest my ointment to my pharmacist so waiting for one more day for medicine they just want money not believe to give best service to the patient totally disappointed not good experience!
My experience at this clinic was exceptional. Seeking treatment for my eye injury and partial vision loss, Dr. Swati and Dr. Jai provided outstanding care. I was referred here for cataract evaluation after a regular eye exam. This is exactly what I said when I made the appointment. I show up for the appointment with my prescription and referral in hand, only to be told that the 'protocol' at Eyecare was to do a complete examination - I.E. all the things that I had already had done 4 weeks earlier at my regular optician and had written results for. I've been coming to EyeCare Consultants of NJ (Edison) ever since I was young. I trust the team to take care of me, and my entire family. Dr. Payal Patel takes her time and is very thorough with her exams. She answers all questions and concerns immediately and I couldn't recommend her, as well as the rest of the team for all your eye care needs!
My family and I have been patients of Dr. J for many years. Friendly staff who takes care of us. Highly recommend
