I was given expired contact lenses, which should never happen. I trusted your staff to provide safe and properly checked products, but the lenses I received were already past their expiration date. What is most concerning is that no one seemed to realize they were expired before giving them to me. When I brought up the issue, the customer service was disappointing and did not meet my expectations. Doctors are good, but be ready to wait over 2 hrs even after your confirmed appointment time. Why not just schedule us later and not waste our time?
I dont even leave reviews, but honestly unreal how hard it is to get on the phone with these people . Dealing with eye issues and need to see someone about it and i cant even get an answer from the phone.
My husband had a first visit to begin establishing care with Dr. Parekh. He came highly recommend by his retina specialist. It was difficult to get a follow up appt for testing but managed to get on the books with tech on a day with no doctors. My husband and I attended his 1:30 appointment for visual field and imaging the other day with a technician. We arrived on time, paid the copays and then waited since we understand an office can be busy with admin work , phone calls etc. on a no doctor day. there were only some staff ... read more
