Super friendly and very helpful
Scheduled an appointment for my child about a month ago.during scheduling the appointment they did asked for my son details including date of birth. Another person called to confirm the appointment. Went in this morning, after completing paperwork they saying they do not see patients under 5 years. Waste of time. They need to be trained properly.
They don’t deserve a single star. I am trying to get a refill but the receptionist they just ignored my request. They denied my request for a refill and they know clearly the value of refills. I already mentioned that my next appointment with my doctor is about after two months but they don’t care about that, it’s so unprofessional. They don’t have basic manners, and don’t know how to treat their patients.
