I’m really disappointed with Eye Care Connection. My family and I have been coming here for years and have spent thousands, yet they refused to give me my updated prescription because I didn’t buy glasses from them. They even withheld my 2023 pupil distance just to make a sale. It’s disheartening to see loyalty means nothing when profit comes first.
I came for an eye examination and was thoroughly impressed. Linda, the optometrist, performed the exam and explained the results in a very comprehensive and professional manner. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to have an eye health check.
