3 years ago, I left a 5-star review for Dr Philip and recommended this optometry to several my friends. But recently I booked for a return check and want to exchange of my ortho-k lenses, what happened is truly disappointing and horrible. I ordered a new pair of ortho-k lenses for a total of $750. At the time of order, I made a payment of $500, been told balance remaining for $250.
