Dr Philip Cheng : Extremely rude, arrogant, condescending and patronising of late. Similar experience to another reviewer, who commented that they used to recommend him and took down their 5-star review. Not sure why Dr Cheng has gone from the humble and gentle practitioner we used to rave about to this rude, defensive, judgemental optometrist with no attempt at compassion or understanding. We had really a rude experience. They force you to buy the products from them. Otherwise they discharge from the clinic. As well as there is cancellation charges which is not reasonable.For every consultation there is charges for under 16 as well.
Sam's observations are accurate. It’s unfortunate that the bedside manner for children is so disappointing, leading to an experience that makes them not want to return. Not a pleasant experience at all overall. Highly suggest going elsewhere.
Very impressive eye clinic, the technology is top notch and very friendly team and professional care from the optometrists. We've been extremely happy with the results achieved for our two children with their eye treatments that have stabilised their vision. Thank you!
Dr Philip has been awesome looking after me and my sister for many years. My OK night time lenses have stopped my eyes from worsening and I don't need to wear glasses. Dr Philip is very busy so last time I saw Dr Jessica she was very nice and kind also. It's a wonderful eye clinic for kids like me. Thank you for looking after us!
