Dr Philip has been awesome looking after me and my sister for many years. My OK night time lenses have stopped my eyes from worsening and I don't need to wear glasses. Dr Philip is very busy so last time I saw Dr Jessica she was very nice and kind also. It's a wonderful eye clinic for kids like me. Thank you for looking after us!
this man sometimes gets angry with his customer for no reason, and starts to tease , accuse or blame on them. I'd had enough and turned to other optometrist because I don't want to deal with people who has such low EQ. BYE BYE FOR GOOD!!!!!!
Sam's observations are accurate. It’s unfortunate that the bedside manner for children is so disappointing, leading to an experience that makes them not want to return. Not a pleasant experience at all overall. Suggest going elsewhere.
I got a call while I was at work from one of the staff at the practice. I told them that this and that it wasn't a good time, but the staff member didn't care and continued on anyway. The phone call ended up taking half an hour, which is a considerable amount of time when I was trying to work at the same time. I emailed them later for some clarification, but got completely ignored. Philip and his staff think it's acceptable to take up your time, but when you ask for anything in return, they're happy to leave you hanging.
Be careful making booking with this clinic. They will not refund or adjust deposit given to future appointments.
