This place is great for Ortho K. I've been coming here since 2021, and the use of Ortho K has definitely slowed down the progression of myopia, and I am very happy with Lily's service.
Highly recommend Dr Lily and her team. Dr Lily is extremely knowledgeable and thorough. She not only cares about the health of your eyes but your overall health and wellbeing. I recently bought a new pair of glasses from her clinic. Having so much selection to choose from I found it difficult to decide. Dr Lily and her team were ever so patient helping me choose frames that worked well with my face shape, lifestyle and prescription. Thank you so much!
Lily and her team are always very thorough, professional and caring. My family and i have been visiting Lily for a few years now. We live an hour away but I value the specialist service provided we won't see anyone else! In my recent visit I transitioned to multi-lenses which felt a bit daunting. I was instantly put at ease with a detailed explanation of what I may see and/or feel whilst wearing my new glasses. Within 1 week I was wearing them full time. Thank you I can see clearly now
If I could give Lily and Eyecare Centre Carine more than 5 stars - I would!! I have been a patient for over 12 years - despite moving to Sydney in 2015. Lily is incredibly knowledgeable, thorough and takes the time necessary to test your eye health and get glass and lens prescriptions just right. The staff is always ready to help with appointments and orders, and the shop stocks a fantastic selection of unique glasses and sunglasses that you won't find in the mall chain eye shops.
