1 star is really due to the receptionist Dr. Butler has working there. Came in for my appointment. Receptionist looked at me like what the heck are you doing here. I said I have a 10:15 appointment. She says ok opens up a black book looks at it a second then looks back at me and says, you can go sit down (in a condescending tone mind you). So I shrug that off like “ok I wasn’t sure if you needed more info but whatever “ is my thought. Dr. Butler and his staff are top notch. Dr. took time to answer all my questions in a way that I could understand. Staff members are very friendly. Had no issues with them accepting my insurance
