It started out promising. Was seen by the doctor and got a new prescription for glasses. Then I sat with a young lady who then sold me progressive glasses. I could choose either ones that were on the low end that would have distortion or ofcourse the more expensive ones that have minimal effect. I went in once the glasses were ready. I explained immediately that it looked very unstable and I felt somewhat dizzy and everything looked wavey. Despite not speaking the same language, everyone was very friendly. Appointments are much closer compared to other places. The receptionist was a bit serious but very kind. Reasonable prices.
What a disgrace! Dr. Burke I expected so much better . Today I had an appointment at 8:45 and was on time I expected some paperwork but I didn’t expect to be LIED to , the clerk said that I was mailed my medical history and paperwork in advance. LIAR . Never got the the paperwork and I’m sure she just LIED . Next I was treated professionally and seen by Dr. Burke that’s where the respect ends! The eyeglass person is a shyster ! 1 star is really due to the receptionist Dr. Butler has working there. Came in for my appointment. Receptionist looked at me like what the heck are you doing here. I said I have a 10:15 appointment. She says ok opens up a black book looks at it a second then looks back at me and says, you can go sit down (in a condescending tone mind you). So I shrug that off like “ok I wasn’t sure if you needed more info but whatever “ is my thought.
