What a disgrace! Dr. Burke I expected so much better . Today I had an appointment at 8:45 and was on time I expected some paperwork but I didn’t expect to be LIED to , the clerk said that I was mailed my medical history and paperwork in advance. LIAR . Never got the the paperwork and I’m sure she just LIED . Next I was treated professionally and seen by Dr. Burke that’s where the respect ends! The eyeglass person is a shyster ! 1 star is really due to the receptionist Dr. Butler has working there. Came in for my appointment. Receptionist looked at me like what the heck are you doing here. I said I have a 10:15 appointment. She says ok opens up a black book looks at it a second then looks back at me and says, you can go sit down (in a condescending tone mind you). So I shrug that off like “ok I wasn’t sure if you needed more info but whatever “ is my thought. Dr. Butler and his staff are top notch. Dr. took time to answer all my questions in a way that I could understand. Staff members are very friendly. Had no issues with them accepting my insurance
