I love Dr. Jodie Larson! She is compassionate, fun, professional and understanding of my needs. Mr. Chad Larson is professional and quick to handle my insurance inquiries! So nice! The staff is always fun and professional as well! I recommend this practice to everyone!
I arrived 10 minutes late for my appointment. The receptionist asked me for my paperwork. I asked "what paperwork? You did not send me any paperwork." She replied "New patient paperwork." I replied, "I have been here before". Receptionist "Not in 21 years. Do you have insurance?" I said I did not have insurance that would cover vision." Receptionist: "Here's the forms, they're 2 sided. 2nd receptionist - You can sit over there. Do you have Medicare? Medicare will cover some of the vision exam, but not the refraction.
