I will never be going to the Clanton office again. I have had nothing but issues since going to them. They never finalized my prescription so it was never uploaded to the patient portal. After being on hold for 20 minutes and then getting hung on, I had to call back again and they finally uploaded it to the portal. When I printed off my prescription to take to get new glasses, the electronic signature wasn't on it so I was unable to get glasses.
