Dr Hamblin is real nice and does a great job but getting them to return phone calls or answering phone is hard to get done. Glasses still have issues

Part 2: I made the appt. via the EyeCare Associates call desk. The lady inputed both insurances. The Luverne employees didn't realize my information was in the EyeCare Associates system. Apparently, the Luverne employees thought their paperwork entered on arrival was the only documented information. Also, their front check-in receptionist conveniently wasn't at her desk when Kay M.
