I visited the Luverne, Alabama location. My two in-network vision insurance policies were confirmed twice by EyeCare Associates and by each insurance company. As I was leaving Kay Mount Sport, the office manager, demanded $55 cash. She repeatedly stated that she had never heard of my secondary in-network insurance company.
