I’ve been seeing the doctors at EyeCare Associates for many years. Dr Hines and Dr Hively are both excellent doctors. Dr Hines so efficient in evaluating my eyes and making changes in my care if necessary. She is very caring and informative and ready to help in any way. It is so convenient for me to go to the Moody clinic but if Dr Hines was unable to see patients there, I would follow her to other locations if at all possible. Great place for eye care! My husband and one of my son sees her also.
Got glasses there 2 years ago. Been trying to talk to someone in office but they won't answer phone or call back. Pass on AI crap. I recommend somewhere else if you want personal attention like me
My daughter had an appointment yesterday for contacts no one helped her to show her how to put them in and out. I do not wear them or glasses so It took us 45mins just to try to put them back in this morning.
