I love coming here, everyone is always friendly and gives extra patience with the little ones!
Dr. Hines and the rest of the staff are very friendly and easy to talk to. They met my needs and worked with me to understand my needs as far as glasses and lenses.
Pros: 10 stars for Dr. Hively, he is very knowledgeable, kind and has the best bedside manners. The office is very convenient and clean and we did not have to wait long. Everyone is super friendly and welcoming. Cons: Staff really should let patients know beforehand that certain tests/procedures are not covered by insurance. We asked the tech if we had to get our eyes dilated (as we were prepared for it) and she said no. Turns out one of the machines that we looked into substitutes for dilation.
