I didn't get my eye exam here but did purchase glasses. Eyecare Associates is by far the best customer service experience I have ever had when purchasing glasses. When picking up my glasses they cleaned them before having me try them on. Made sure everything was perfect and even included a cleaning kit. When asking about a cleaning kit at America's Best they said I could purchase it but they didn't have any thing to clean them with. REALLY? Dr. Jones is awesome and very professional, but this place is just way too expensive for elderly post cataract surgery Medicare patients... Their mark-up on prices isn't elderly friendly... Wanted to charge me over $300 out of pocket just for bifocal lenses to go in frames I provided from the last pair I got there... Sad since I have been a patient since 2001...
