Really poor experience, glasses with transition lenses was prescribed with no transition and waited 6 weeks still no reply.. Never go there

Really poor experience with Julie (mobile optometrist). I called reception this morning explaining that I have infected eye glands needing treatment at home as I have a dislocated tailbone. Reception was lovely and said the area that I lived in would be easy for Julie to attend and she’d be nearby and to give her mobile a call. Julie came to my mother's nursing home in Caulfield, and then proceeded to do an amazing eye check, using lots of equipment which she brought along. Julie was patient, diligent, thorough and very careful to determine what the issue was with my mums vision. My mother was extremely happy with Julie and especially because with her new lenses her 98 year old vision will be very good again. I highly recommended Julie and the service she provides and she is a credit to her profession.
