The young lady with the glasses does really good work, she’s clean and wears gloves before touching your work. I don’t know her schedule but i wish I did she has great attention to detail

Horrible customer service. There’s usually a long wait but I don’t mind. TONIGHT, I rush to make it before closing, I made it by 7:57 (I know not nice but I’m sat and waiting) and the ladies starting ganging up on me saying they close” at 7:45 and telling me to go away. I personally I’m not gonna argue with anybody I’m getting service off because you’re just gonna mess up the service my eyebrows or nails or whatever I asked and then it’s really gonna be a problem. I usually go here because the older woman with glasses used to do great work on my eyebrows. But today she didn’t do her best. She asked me if I like my eyebrows thick or thin and I said in between. She didn’t stop to show me to see my thoughts. It turned out just ok. What I really dislike is the repeated use of the same eyebrow brush and her not changing her gloves after working on a previous face. I will not be returning.
Sana always gets me right! Been coming here for years. Always great.
