Rupsha waxed my arms and bruised me. I asked her to take it easy and she suggested I was telling her how to do her job. Pictures of the bruises included. Her coworker was kind enough to finish waxing me PROPERLY. I don’t recommend going to this place. They clearly talk about you in their own language and still expect to be paid for crap service. If I could give less than one star for this treatment, I would.

I recommend my friend to go here to get her eyebrow waxed, and she came out with a piece of her skin ripped off. I guessed the person that did it is not professional. Because if you look at it why was the wax in the fold of her eye.

Got my lashes done 7/3/26. By the 4 forth my lashes were coming out. Not even a week later my left eye is empty and the right eye is a quarter gone. I would like my money back but by the reviews I dont think that will happen. I can say I like how they do eyebrows but LASHES!! Never again. The cluster below are all from different days. The ones I can find anyway. And on top of that my real lashes came out with them. I can not!! ‍

Aesthetically, the lashes looked nice. The issue was not the appearance—it was the application and overall comfort.
