She is SO rude. Literally pushing away business. I observe how she interacts with others, including myself, and it's so cold and disingenuous. I've visited a few times (three or four); enough to know I won't be back. She yaps her mouth on the phone while she's doing work with sharp tools around the eyes?? Place was suggested by a friend. They did a great job on her eyebrows! Horrible job on my eye lashes. It’s been less than 3 hours and after a quick shower the lashes have come completely off. Waste of time and money!!
Very rude, did not take her time with threading my eyebrows. Didn't get them even or get them fully threaded. On the phone the entire time.
