i don't normally do reviews but this place has its hours of 10am-7pm posted and i've gone two days back to back at 10am to get my eyebrows done and they are never open. i go back at 11am and still not open. definitely should change their hours online or just open at the time it says to open. wasted my time one too many times, i will not come back here anymore.
Horrible Experience! Do Not Recommend I came in for a simple eyebrow clean up only, not a reshape. While she was threading, I felt her taking off more hair on the left side and it even hurt enough that I said “Ouch!” and asked “You’re not making them thinner, right?” She said “No.” When she handed me the mirror, my left eyebrow was noticeably thinner than my right.
