I have been coming to this place since I moved to the area 3 years from NY. I had the WORST experience with Fatima. Everytime I come SHES the ONLY person to do my eyebrows but every time I come she keeps saying “ her boss messed up my eyebrows and took too much off “ I can’t see how that is because she’s the only person to ever do my eyebrows. been coming here for years. started seeing Huma recently, love her work always cleans up my face and brows so well. she’s very thorough, reasonable, and sweet! my eyebrows have started looking their best again :)

I love Fatima! She is the Brow Queen and I will follow her wherever she goes. Fatima is patient with her clients and knows how to shape accord to your brow bone structure. Fatima us the best in the Poconos. I'd give 10 stars if I could ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I went to get my eyebrows threaded before the Easter weekend. I was highly disappointed. One person working only. The wait was incredibly long. Also requested for my eyebrows to be arch shaped, she had a very hard time to do so. I should’ve walked out from the disappointment I saw from the previous customer. She threaded my Eyebrows and forehead, where there was no hair, she did it so roughly that I have multiple scaring. This is not my first time getting threading done. I went to Fatima a few times, and I highly recommend her for the brow threading. She’s the best!!!
