Asked for thick eyebrows that retained their natural shape. Got thin, angular brows with several key hairs removed, and several cuts from careless technique. The price was competitive, but I won't be returning. I hope my brows grow back.

The woman with glasses has always done my eyebrows pretty well. Seems like some others here do not have the same training as her. There’s was broken multiple times during the threading and the final product was uneven u fortunately. I want to continue supporting this business, I hope in the future they train their staff better
