I explicitly told her : I want THICK eyebrows and I show my photo. Gosh, she made my eyebrows as thin as possible and I have never had such terrible eyebrows. If you can’t do your job, please do not do it. She ruined my whole day. Now I have to wait days to grow my eyebrow. And she was not gentle at all, scratched my eye lids and I have been having burning effect. And 17$ + tip?? Cmon…

Don’t get your eyebrows done by the Indian lady (unfortunately I don’t know her name). She did a poor job, and when I pointed it out, she got defensive and wasn’t willing to listen. Another lady, possibly the owner or someone more experienced had to step in and fix them, but even after that, my brows still didn’t look right. I tipped the first lady $1, and she actually argued with me about it. Hi ,I visited Studio 4 brow for hands and legs waxing. Despite of requesting to do the waxing slowly and carefully , the skin on my forearm was ripped. The parlor had no ointment or first aid for it. They just gave me aloe Vera gel. And it was burning. Now that part has become black and itchy. Also the person doing the waxing did it very carelessly. The room was smelling of food and the bed is so wobbly , I was just scared that I might fall.

I have been a long-time customer here and have always had a good experience, but this time was disappointing. A new staff member did my eyebrows, and the experience was very painful. She was very rough and worked too fast without giving any breathers. She also didn’t ask me to check if my eyebrows were done properly before finishing.
