I called ahead to confirm whether you accept appointments or walk-ins and was told walk-ins are welcome. Based on that, I came in at 6:30 PM for waxing, knowing the salon closes at 8:00 PM. When I arrived, the staff member was having dinner, so I asked if I should come back the next day.
