I’ve been visiting this parlor for about a year, and while the service used to be good, the last two months have been extremely disappointing and even unsafe. The first incident happened during an underarm waxing session when the staff member burned and injured me. The skin started bleeding, and she didn’t even inform me or apply anything to soothe it. Well I was going to get waxed. Been doing that for 30yrs. But, I changed my mind. I was threaded. OMG, the pain!! What we go thru with these eyebrows PEOPLE!! Idk the young lady name. She was at 3rd chair on left side! It was super fast. The faster it went, less pain. It was getting those precise hairs in the arch!! Its supposed 2 last longer than waxing. Ill update this post in a few weeks. I mean for $12 its a decent deal. The store was clean. No wait that day. But, they thread so fast it must move quick even if very busy.... read more
