I have been a loyal client of Naj and have always appreciated her services. However, during my visit today, I had a disappointing experience. While threading my eyebrows, she accidentally cut the skin under my eyebrow. I understand it was an accident and that was okay but what I didn’t like was that she didn’t say anything when it happened but I could feel my skin burning and afterwards she became rude and had an attitude.
