that lady played in my face. told her to keep my shape and clean up my eyebrow and she did not do anything close to that. like what is this ??? and also pinched my skin multiple times

I am so disappointed with the service I received today, particularly my eyelashes. I received a lift and a tint. I’ve been coming to this salon for months for eyebrow threading and have always been happy with the experience. However, during today’s visit, I also received a lash lift and tint, and the results were not what I expected based on prior experiences with this service.
