I think I’m done coming here forever. I gave the lady a reference photo of me previously so we knew that the eyebrow was possible I asked for thin and high arch to lift my face up. when I got it, One of my eyebrows was completely flat like Ariana Grande the other one was super thick, looked nothing like the other one she tried to use the thread to make it seem like they were even but anyone with two eyeballs could tell they looked horrible. I’ve been a loyal customer for years and I’m disappointed with my last visit. My eyebrows were left uneven and not properly cleaned up. I hope the quality matches the standard I used to trust

I GUESS A CLEAN UP MEANS THINNER EYEBROWS?!?!?! I’ve been a customer here for over a year now every 2-3 weeks. I had a bad experience before, but I decided to give them another chance. I normally make sure to keep the mirror in hand to prevent them from thinning my eyebrows too much I didn’t do that today and welp…… I went in today for a simple clean-up and walked out with very thin eyebrows!
