I GUESS A CLEAN UP MEANS THINNER EYEBROWS?!?!?! I’ve been a customer here for over a year now every 2-3 weeks. I had a bad experience before, but I decided to give them another chance. I loved my experience here! My brows turned out so nice and I couldn’t be happier with them. I will definitely be returning. The staff were so kind specifically Anu who was so nice and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a new place to get their brows done.
I have never left a negative review, and am sad that I have to. I had the worst experience yesterday when I asked for a clean up. I have consistently gotten my brows done here for over 7 years, but I am so disappointed with my experience today. I asked for a clean up, and there was an employee I did not recognize and after her reassuring me that I would receive a clean up, I instead receive a botched brow and irritated skin.
