Always great service everyone is super nice !!
I’m so mad , I came up for a clean up, eyebrow clean, clearly requested out loud and the lady left me with a thin line for eyebrows. The worst part is that she didn’t even acknowledge my dissatisfaction. Will never come back and do not recommend this place.
I think I’m done coming here forever. I gave the lady a reference photo of me previously so we knew that the eyebrow was possible I asked for thin and high arch to lift my face up. when I got it, One of my eyebrows was completely flat like Ariana Grande the other one was super thick, looked nothing like the other one she tried to use the thread to make it seem like they were even but anyone with two eyeballs could tell they looked horrible. I’ve been a loyal customer for years and I’m disappointed with my last visit. My eyebrows were left uneven and not properly cleaned up. I hope the quality matches the standard I used to trust
